My journey into health and entrepreneurship didn’t start with a business plan — it started with burnout.

As a full-time working dentist, I fell into the 9–5 grind. I was constantly eating out, skipping workouts, and just going through the motions. I wasn’t lit up by my work or my life — and that was before adding the responsibilities of motherhood into the mix.

Years ago, I decided to take a leap and joined a network marketing company for the accountability — not the business. I figured if I committed publicly, I’d be more likely to follow through on my own health. To my surprise, I not only transformed my lifestyle but unintentionally built a team and a business that gave me enough supplemental income to cut back at work and spend more time with my growing family.

Then in September 2023, it all vanished overnight when that company dissolved its partner network without warning.

At the same time, I had started working with an integrative health practitioner before a major surgery. That’s when I was introduced to peptides — cutting-edge, science-backed wellness tools that support weight loss, muscle recovery, inflammation, stress, and more. Skeptical but curious (and very much in my non-toxic mom era), I did my own research. The clean ingredients, powerful formulations, and real results made me take the plunge.

I joined MAKE Wellness during their prelaunch in November 2024, ordered the launch box, and within weeks everything changed. The scale moved. My knee and back pain disappeared. My energy and focus were through the roof. It felt effortless to share because how could I not talk about something that had such a profound impact on me?
